Dalaura Kader – Co-Founder 

In addition to co-founding emerge, Dalaura is also the Co-Founder & VP Business Operations of Stratify Genomics. Prior to this, she directed the launch of the National Regenerative Medicine Foundation. 

Dalaura started her legal career with the firm Blake Cassels & Graydon before moving in house. She gained significant practical & strategic business/M&A experience over the years serving as corporate counsel for several distinguished companies, including Pembina Corporation, Canadian Airlines and Agrifoods International. She most recently served as COO of Pacific Coast Partnership.

Eryn Krieger – Co-Founder

Eryn has a Master’s Degree in International Economic Development and built a consulting career in this field, working as a Senior Analyst in social development policy and with the Asian Business Development Program at Capilano University.  

Eryn chose to be a full-time mother and when her youngest started grade school she re-entered the workforce and changed her career track entirely. She currently acts as Program Director in Fitness and Wellness at Hollyburn Country Club and also operates a home-based personal wellness studio. She has advanced studies in corrective exercise, pilates, and yoga. 

Alongside Eryn this entire journey, have been her three best friends and she is beyond thrilled to be able to launch emerge so that they can stand by the side of all women seeking amazing work.

Kristy Fletcher – Co-Founder

Kristy is a values driven leader who has spent over 20 years shaping her career in sales, client & partnership service and corporate community engagement. 

After spending two decades with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment in a number of progressive positions, Kristy made a decision to switch gears and accepted the position of Executive Director, MusiCounts in 2016. MusiCounts, Canada’s music education charity associated with The JUNO Awards, is keeping music alive in schools and communities across Canada. 

Kristy is passionate about ensuring women receive equal opportunities in the workplace and is aware of the hurdles that women often face when navigating their careers. As a result, Kristy is thrilled to partner with her childhood best friends to bring emerge to life.

Amanda Graves – Co-Founder 

Amanda has been a journalist, writer and editor for more than 20 years. She has written for many different media including newspapers, magazines, advertising and marketing companies. 

Her career started in newspapers and advertising, and has given her glimpses into many different industries. She stepped away from work for six years while raising her three children, but came back to work in the world of non-profit, where she has been writing grants and organizing special events. 

She is excited to help other moms navigate the world of returning to work and rediscovering what they love to do.
